Join us to learn how to make your very own Terrarium. Create a unique and beautiful self-watering garden in a jar to bring a touch of nature inside your home or office.
 

What is a Terrarium? A Terrarium is usually a sealable glass container containing soil and plants, designed to survive as a mini ecosystem. They are often designed to look like miniature gardens and are great fun to create and very rewarding to keep in your home whilst requiring little or no maintenance.

During the workshop you will be given a brief history of terrariums, notable events following their invention and the science behind these fascinating "gardens". It's then time to get your hands dirty as we invite you to create your very own terrarium for which we supply the vessel, plants, pebbles and all other necessary materials. Your terrarium is yours to keep at the end of the workshop as a memento of your day.
